Leigh Miller is a photographer and sometimes stylist working and living in Detroit, Michigan. Miller has been photographing since 2013. They shoot illustrative-style portrait and fashion work, inspired by going through vintage fashion spreads and horror media, the architecture of Detroit itself. They got into street style after visiting NYC and Europe, seeing how much the documenting of peoples’ everyday wear is an art and visual study in itself. Miller attended SAIC in Chicago where they established and ran a street style column, before moving back to Detroit and graduating from CCS in photography and fashion business. In addition to their own photo work, Miller does freelance styling often working with vintage, repurposed, locally-designed, or custom-made/modified garments, and spends time with their two cats.
