Bridging the gap between what was and what is yet to come. Detroit is still one of the Blackest cities in America, with a rich history and thriving existing culture that we highlight, celebrate, and pay homage to.

Saybin Samone Roberson + Catie Goins dedicate this section of Runner Magazine to sharing stories, moments, and history of the black community within Detroit.
